CODE OF CONDUCT
Both the instructor and the client must behave in a safe and legal manner. Medication, drug and alcohol must be declared prior to any lesson. The instructor has the right to cancel the lesson if the client is unfit in any way to drive the vehicle. Sanitizer is provided and can be applied prior to entry into the vehicle.

LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY​
Should you need to cancel your booking, the following policies apply*:

Cancellations less than 48 hrs may incur a $50 fee.

Cancellations for "No Shows"** may incur a full lesson fee.

VORT test with lesson packages cannot be cancelled less than 7 days prior to lesson day. If cancelled within 7 days, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
* Fees may be charged at the instructors discretion.
​** "No Show" is where the instructor arrives at your agreed pick up location and you are not present for your lesson or test.

​VORT TEST CANCELLATION POLICY
VORT test bookings are non-refundable once the test is booked with the Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT). This normally occurs 7 days prior to the day of the test.
Refunds may be provided if we are unable to deliver the service in the specified area or provide the booked type of service. Please note that requested dates and times are subject to the dual availability of both the instructor and examiner. While changes to time, location, or date may occasionally be necessary, we will work to reschedule your booking as soon as possible to meet your needs.

​RE-TEST CONDITIONS
Re-tests must be completed as soon as possible after minimum Government waiting periods.
If a re-test has been booked and needs to be cancelled, a $150 cancellation fee will be incurred regardless of time frame. A fee is incurred for cancelled tests and the examiner will have to pay this fee to cancel your test.

PAYMENTS
Payment for individual lessons can be made in Cash or Bank Transfer, before or on the day of the lesson. Payment for Packages or VORT test must be paid in full 7 days before the day of lesson/test.

BOOKING DETAILS​
Dates and times that are booked via our online booking system, are not guaranteed until confirmed by your instructor.
All lessons will be conducted exclusively in Adelaide Driver Training Academy's vehicle. Tests can be conducted in our vehicle, the examiners vehicle or your own vehicle.​

Your Obligations
LEARNERS PERMIT OR TEMPORARY DRIVERS LICENCE (for Overseas Conversions)
You must have a valid Learners Permit, Temporary Drivers Licence or Overseas Licence with you at all times during the lesson and test. Temporary Drivers Licence or Overseas Licence requires additional documentation i.e. Passport or proof of age card.
Digital Learners Permits or Licences are also permitted.

FOOTWEAR AND CLOTHING
Good, comfortable, enclosed footwear such as sneakers or sandals are required to be worn during the lesson. Thongs, flip flops, crocs or slides are not acceptable footwear for driving.

Clothing must be deemed appropriate for the lesson.
